1. What MV2 is

MV2 by Musavir.AI is a creative studio for generating images, videos and trained characters with AI. Video runs on Seedance 2.5 and images run on Seedream 5 Pro. You bring the prompts and reference material, we run the models and store your results in your Library.

The two rules that matter most: you may not generate harmful imagery of any kind, and you may not generate a real person without their permission. Breaking either one ends your access.

2. Prohibited content

You agree not to create, upload or request content that includes:

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes, endangers or harms children. Zero tolerance, reported where the law requires it.
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes terrorism, self harm or cruelty.
  • Hate, harassment or discrimination against any person or group.
  • Deceptive media presented as real: fake news footage, fabricated events, scams or fraud.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

    • 3. Real people and likeness

    Generating a real, identifiable person, their face, voice, or clear likeness, requires that person's permission. When you train a character, you confirm the photos are of you, or that you hold written consent from the person shown. We may ask you to show that consent, and we remove characters that fail the check.

    Public figures are not an exception. Satire, "it's obviously fake", or a disclaimer does not replace permission.

    4. Your content and ownership

    You keep the rights to the prompts and reference images you upload. Subject to these terms and your plan, you own the outputs you generate and can use them commercially. You give us the limited license needed to run generations, store your files and show them back to you.

    5. Moderation and enforcement

    Automated filters and human review check prompts, references and outputs against these rules. We can block a generation, remove content, or suspend an account at any time to keep the platform safe. Serious violations are reported to authorities where the law requires it.

    6. Credits and billing

    Generations spend credits based on model, resolution and duration. Credits for a failed generation are returned automatically. Plans renew until cancelled, and unused monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan says so.

    7. Service and liability

    Models evolve and outputs are probabilistic, so results can vary and availability is not guaranteed. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, to the extent the law allows.
