1. What we collect

Your account details (name, email, company, country), the prompts you write, the reference and training images you upload, the outputs you generate, and basic usage data such as device, plan and credit activity.

2. How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private generations for advertising.

3. Model processing

Generations are processed by our model partners (Seedance 2.5 and Seedream 5 Pro infrastructure) strictly to produce your output. Your private content is not used to train models unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Character training data

Training photos are the most sensitive thing you give us. They are stored encrypted, used only to build and run your character, and never shared. Delete a character and its training set is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Storage and deletion

Your files stay in your Library until you delete them. Deleting a file, a project or your account removes the content from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, model inference, payments), under contracts that limit what they can do with it, and with authorities when the law demands it.

7. Your rights

To export your data, correct it, or erase it, write to privacy@musavir.ai. We answer within 30 days.
