Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may sign in with an email and password or with a supported third-party identity provider (such as Google). One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.

MyAvatar lets you create a reusable character from a set of your own selfies, then generate photo avatars and 15-second 1080p videos from that character using ready-made templates. Generation is performed by machine-learning models, some operated by third-party providers on our behalf. Output is probabilistic and may vary; we do not guarantee that any particular result will meet your expectations.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to, use the Service to:

• Upload images of any person without that person’s clear consent, or upload images of a minor;
• Create sexual, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content, or content that impersonates another person to mislead;
• Generate deepfakes intended to defraud, or to depict real individuals in a false or damaging light;
• Infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy right;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the technical limits or safety systems of the Service;
• Break any applicable law or the terms of the underlying AI providers.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and where required we may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

You retain ownership of the selfies and any reference images you upload (“User Content”). You grant Musavir a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transform your User Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service — principally to train your character model and to generate the outputs you request.

Selfies you upload are used to build a face model that is stored privately and accessed through short-lived, signed links. You may delete a character, and you may delete your account, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how selfie and biometric-derived data is retained and erased. We do not sell your User Content and we do not use it to train foundation models for other users.

As between you and Musavir, and to the extent permitted by law, the photos and videos you generate from your own character (“Output”) are yours. You may use your Output for personal and commercial purposes, including advertising and social media, subject to these Terms and to the acceptable-use rules above.

You are responsible for how you use your Output. Because AI models learn from large datasets, output is not guaranteed to be unique, and similar output may be generated for other users. We make no representation that your Output is free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for clearing any additional rights needed for your intended use.

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The free tier includes 2 avatar photos per day. Pro costs $24.99 per month and includes 100 generation credits each month. One credit equals one second of video, so each 15-second video costs 15 credits; photos generated beyond your daily free allotment cost 1 credit each. Additional credits may be purchased in credit packs.

Pro is offered with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged the then-current subscription price and your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing area of your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including recurring subscription fees and any one-time credit-pack purchases.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees and credit-pack purchases are non-refundable, and credits already consumed for a generation cannot be restored. If a generation fails due to a fault on our side, we will restore the credits spent on that generation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes commercially impracticable. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated results. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musavir and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
